I’ve noticed that the new accessory parts, even the original and OEM parts (“OEM stands for original equipment manufacturer” (Wikipedia, 2017), sometimes need a little care before installation, for example, the suspension joints.
I’ve made it a habit to open the boot and add good quality grease to new joints right away. The amount of grease under the boot is often very low and I think nearly inadequate.
